Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our products.

Will CBD get me high?

No. CBD does not have the psychoactive and intoxicating effects that are typically associated
with marijuana and THC.

How much CBD should I take?

Everybody is different. We recommend starting with a small amount and gradually increasing your
intake over time until you find the amount that’s right for you.

What’s in your CBD products?

Our products are formulated using the highest quality CBD isolate available, produced by Mile High Labs.

How much CBD is in your products?

The strength of CBD can vary from product to product. Be sure to read the product description and
label to make sure you’re purchasing the strength that’s right for you.

Is there any THC in your products?

No. Because our products are made with isolated CBD, they contain 0% THC.

Where is your CBD made?

The CBD in our products is American-made and extracted from American-grown industrial hemp.
The CBD is manufactured in a GMP certified facility that follows the highest quality control and
quality assurance standards in the industry.

How long does it take to feel the effects of Thermabalm and Arctic Gel?

It can take from 20 minutes to an hour to feel the full effects of our topical products. The product’s
onset can vary by skin sensitivity.

What is your CBD made from?

Our CBD is extracted exclusively from industrial hemp containing no more than 0.3% THC.
It is then further refined to contain 0% THC.

What’s the difference between hemp oil and CBD?

Products that list “hemp oil” as an ingredient typically use hemp seed oil that contains no cannabinoids.
Products that list CBD, or cannabidiol, as an ingredient use a hemp extract that contains beneficial
cannabinoids. Always check the label to make sure you’re getting the right product.

Will I fail a drug test due to CBD?

Not with CBD isolate, but potentially with full spectrum. At the moment, all of our products are
made with CBD isolate. Because CBD isolate contains only the isolated cannabidiol molecule,
there’s no concern of testing positive for THC.

What’s the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD and THC are two primary cannabinoids that occur naturally in hemp. The difference between the two
is the arrangement of a single atom. Both bind to the CB2 receptor, but interact with the CB1 receptors
in different ways. This difference causes the euphoric effect often associated with THC.

What’s the difference between CBD full spectrum and isolate?

Full spectrum extracts contain CBD as well as a plethora of other cannabinoids, including THC.
Isolate is CBD in its purest form and only contains cannabidiol.

Where do you ship to?

Our products are currently distributed throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Where do you source your hemp?

The CBD ingredients in our products are extracted from American hemp grown by pre-qualified
cultivation partners that uphold the highest standards in their farming practices. A majority of
the hemp is grown in Colorado and Oregon.
